How do you guarantee the authenticity of your cards?
Every single card listed on our store undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our TCG experts to ensure authenticity, condition accuracy, and quality before it is listed for sale.
What shipping methods do you use to prevent damage?
We take card protection seriously. All singles are shipped in a penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader, then secured inside a bubble mailer or reinforced envelope to prevent bending or moisture damage during transit.
When will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy for TCG singles?
Due to the volatile nature of the TCG market, all sales of individual cards are final. However, if you receive an item that does not match the description or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
Do you buy or trade cards with customers?
